Orders

We accept orders 24 hours a day, seven days a week through our website. Dhier Home accepts all major credit cards. 

Returns & Exchanges

We take pride in providing you with a seamless online shopping experience. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you have 72 hours from receipt of your order to email a return request to shop@pauladhier.com 

All merchandise can ONLY be returned for store credit or exchanged for another item.

We recommend all returns be sent insured with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. All original boxes must be kept and merchandise unused. If it arrives back to us damaged you will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier. Anything damaged, soiled or altered in any way will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

Any custom orders or sale items are Final Sale.

Please note that some of our products are antique vintage pieces, therefore they may have blemishes. These items will not be considered as defective.
